Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, The NASBA Report maintains a strict No Refund Policy for domestic and international orders. All sales are final.

The NASBA Report will REPLACE items damaged during shipment. The damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Once the damaged item is returned to our office, the product will be reviewed and a replacement order will be issued within 2-4 weeks.

When returning your damaged item, please include the following:

  1. Damaged item, as received;
  2. A photocopy of the original invoice; and
  3. Written explanation of the reason for your return.
  4. The return Address is located on the bottom of your packing slip. Please return a copy of your packing slip with the product to the address at the bottom of the packing slip.
